WEICON Zinc Spray Special Light is TÜV-tested, gives all metal surfaces permanent cathodic corrosion protection and has a light color that is matched to fresh hot-dip galvanizing.
It forms a quick-drying, firmly adhering protective layer made of microfine zinc flakes. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer against extreme weather and environmental influences. In the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON zinc spray showed no corrosion at all, even after more than 550 hours.
WEICON Zinc Spray Special Light can be used to coat welding and drilling points, as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding and wherever metal has to be protected from corrosion.
Surface pre-treatment Clean and degrease surfaces with WEICON Surface Cleaner.
Storage Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding +50°C.
